My class to Florence in a tiny book - Sahin Designs

Hi ladies! Cristina here today to show you a new project made for Sahin Designs. This is a mini album in which I used the new collection “My Tribe”. The collection has warm colors, typical of the fall season which has just begun.

Despite being a lover of pastel colors, I can’t deny that I love fall colors madly, which is also the season I was born.

In this beautiful collection, you will obviously find a mood inspired by these colors but also including some very well matched variations given by shades of blue and gray, perfectly in tune with the rest.

In this mini album I collected photos of my favorite tribe – my favorite scrap friends. They are three friends, companions of raids scraps, whom unfortunately I don’t see very often. But obviously we keep in touch every day.

On the occasion of a class I had  in Florence a few weeks ago, I was able to meet them all because they wanted to participate in the course. And then what better theme if not this to take advantage of the designs of the “My Tribe” collection?

About this collection:  I really liked the delicate style of some elements such as frames and flowers, the labels which I use a lot in the parts dedicated to journaling. I found these to be very suitable for the context of my project.

Every time I have a class the emotional part is always the one that drags my creative ideas most. Those who participate in my classes know what to expect from me because I have quite defined tastes but I never know exactly who I will find, what do they expect to find as a project, the kit, I’m often assailed by a thousand doubts and I always fear of disappointing someone.

All these bad thoughts are immediately swept away as soon as I enter the room. The amount of affection and warmth makes all doubts disappear. Because, I understand that those who decide to participate in the event came from miles away not only for their project to be carried out but above all for the trust they have in me. And this is really the greatest satisfaction for a creative person.

On this occasion in my favorite destination, Tuscan, Italy, I had a really good day. Lots of laughter, jokes, great food and it was a nice escape from the daily routine. I’m really honored  that these people have joined to have fun with me.

To keep memories of this wonderful day I make a mini album and here you will find all the necessary items if you wanted to reproduce it using this or another wonderful collection designed by Sahin Designs.

I'm a lover of life and thanks to scrapbooking I've learned to keep memories of what happens in my daily adventures. Layering and clustering are my go-to techniques in every project I make. My favorite colors are pink and mint. In my layout compositions I love using white space to give a breathing room to the design. Follow me to discover my creative world.
