Hello everyone! On Tuesday, I left off at printing out all the digital supplies and my photos. Now comes the fun part of assembling the layout.
I will first cut up all the elements and journaling card that I’m using, and lay them out in front of me. Then I place the photos and journaling cards on top of my page protector to get an idea of how they should be arranged.
Next I take the elements / die cut pieces and place them over the photos and / or journaling cards. I try to create visual triangle and balancing the color of my page as I go along. Once everything feel balance, I stick the die cut pieces onto the cards and stuck the cards into the page protector to call it done! Simple !
That’s why I love hybrid process . I do these in segments of 15-30 mins. Sometimes longer, sometimes shorter. It took me quite some time to figure out a process that works, and of course my process changes every now and then as my priorities change or as my preferences change.
Oh yes, almost forgot, I scrapbook while drinking coffee and having some snacks. This bear on the mug is my scrapbook buddy (totally kidding)
Here are some images of the completed layout . I used the Cupid bundle
for this layout.
I hope you enjoyed reading my hybrid process. Now that I have shared, what’s your process? Be it digital, hybrid or “traditional” project life scrapbooking, I would love to hear from you too!
