Hello everyone! I’m back today to share a layout from my vacation album from last year featuring the Table for Two collection. I love this collection and it is so perfect for documenting date nights or other events that focus on a meal. These photos are from our first visit to Shake Shack last December when we were on our Disney/Universal whirlwind trip. We were so exhausted from being in the park all day, that I forgot to snap a photo of the two of us together!
The photos that I had matched the collection so well, that it was easy to pull out 3 cards that would work well. This “Burger Addict” stamp from the stamp pack was perfect and I wanted it to have a big impact on the layout. I made the stamp into a pattern in Photoshop and then added a gradient on top so that it would fade from the top down. Then I printed it onto a transparency. The transparency that I have was intended for Toner printers, and my Toner printer is black and white only. If you are looking for a color image you would have to buy ink jet transparencies or take your image to a shop to have them print it for you (which is also a great solution if you don’t have any transparency sheets).
Once the big pieces were done, the photos were easy to add. A little bit of journaling about the day and using my phone’s camera roll to double check the date! Puffy stickers work well for a little bit of dimension, but I left it there since the spread is so cohesive I didn’t want to ruin it!
