Delivery
Upon a successful checkout process you can access to your purchased item downloads from My Account > Downloads. Please keep in mind that download links are valid for 90 days and/or 5 download attempts.
After 30-day passed your order date we’re no longer legally bound to provide you with the download files. It is your responsibility to download your purchases and store them at a secure place.
If you purchased a membership, you’ll be given access to the membership level’s products immediately although 5-10 minutes may needed (or re-login) for the system to grant you membership access. After your membership time ends, we don’t have to provide you download to the items you could download when you were a member. It is your responsibility to download what you have access to and store in a secure place.
In case of store closing, we will provide downloads to the purchased items for 30 more days. After that, we are not responsible to send you downloads to purchased products.
Returns
Due to the nature of digital items, we don’t accept returns.

Refunds & Exchanges (If Applicable)
In an extreme situation, such has you have proof that you purchased the item within 90 days, we provide a coupon code to be used in our online store. Otherwise no refunds will be made since the items you purchased are downloadable digital goods.
Shipping
No shipping will be made to you for digital products. You will download your purchased digital products from your account.
Delivery
Upon a successful checkout process any product that is a physical scrapbooking item will be shipped within 10 days of announced shipping date. Please check the product descriptions when you’re ordering.
Delivery will be made with a standard shipping method, thought DHL or Fedex. Shipping company delivers the items to your door in 2-4 weeks. Items are shipped to you from Turkey. You may have to pay customs tax and/or VAT upon delivery.
Shipment tracking availability varies and will depend on the country, product type and shipping method, that have been selected with your order. Generally standard shipping can be untracked and tracked depending on where you are.
To track your order we provide you with an email and tracking link when your product ships.
Where Can You Ship To
Physical scrapbook products can be shipped to any where in the world. If you’re unsure if your country accepts international orders, please contact us so we can check in with the shipping company for you.
Cancelations
Once you place your order, if the item hasn’t been shipped yet you can request a cancelation via contact form. After shipping, orders cannot be canceled.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the costs attached to international shipping, we do not accept returns or exchanges for physical scrapbook products if you decide that you no longer want the items.
Under two circumstances we accept refunds for physical scrapbook products;
- Your package has been lost by the carrier and we can see from the tracking code that it’s not delivered to you. Product price will be refunded in full. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Your products arrived damaged. You will need to open your package when the carrier delivered it to you and have the officer file a report to the shipping company. Send a proof photo of the products and the official report documents to us so that we can evaluate the refund. If your refund has been approved, you’ll be paid the product amount to your card/account. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Delivery
Upon a successful checkout process any product that is under “Merch” category will be send to production within two business days. Production timeline changes according to product category. Please check the product descriptions when you’re ordering.
If you’ve selected standard shipping method, any merch order that’s been placed will be delivered to you in 2-4 weeks after production.
If you’ve selected the express shipping method, depending on where you’re located your order will be delivered in 3-14 days after production.
Merch products are being sent from UK and US printing partners through different carries such as Royal Mail, US Postal Service, DHL, Fedex, USPS. Please provide a phone number at the checkout to be informed with your shipping.
